Oatmeal with apples and Peanut Butter

Breakfast Recipes:

1/3 cup of old fashioned oats
1 cup of water (or Almond milk)
1 Apple diced
Cinnamon and a drizzle of honey as Garnish
1/8 tsp of Salt
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

In a small sauce pan heat up your water or almond milk to boiling over high heat.
add a pinch of salt.
When your liquid is boiling, add the oats and stir to make sure it does not boil over, lower the heat to medium-high.
Cook for about 5 minutes and remove from heat
In a bowl, Dice up your apple, then add it to that bowl.
Mix the protein powder and Peanut Butter into your oatmeal and mix it in with your apple.
Drizzle with honey and dust with Cinnamon.
