Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

Breakfast Recipes:

This recipe requires overnight refrigeration**

2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small cup container of unsweetened applesauce
½ cup egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
Stevia to taste
Blueberries (frozen or fresh) for topping

Mix all of the ingredients except for the blueberries together the night before.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate or the small 4x6 baking pan, smooth it out, and sprinkle with blueberries.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

We put some greek yogurt drizzled with some honey on the plate with this. It is awesome..
