Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Breakfast Recipes:

1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP Stevia
2 TBSP Coconut Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
1/3 Dark Chocolate Chips (like Lily's)

Preheat the oven to 350.
In a 12 cup muffin pan, line 9 muffin spots.
In a large bowl, Mix together the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients until mixed well.
Add the Chocolate chips last.
Add about 1/4 Cup of the batter into each muffin liner.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until they start to look golden and the toothpick test is clean.
