24 oz of fresh Cranberries
1 cup of brown sugar
1 whole cinnamon stick
a dash of ground cloves and ginger
1 cup of apple cider
dump all of these ingredients into the crockpot and mix well to combine.
Cook on high for about 2 hours
Remove the cinnamon stick and pour all the mixture into a food processor or Ninja mixer
Puree on high until everything is well combines
Pour it all back into the crockpot.
Cook on high for about 2 more hours.
Stir frequently so it doesn't burn or stick, and when it is thick pour the cranberry mixture into a mason jar or jars.
